Learn about the various herbal categories that are supportive for the nervous system, resilience, and a healthy stress response. We’ll talk about adaptogens, uplifting aromatics, and nervines - and also think about other ways to holistically support our nervous systems.
This workshop is part of the recurring Introductory Herbalism series hosted by the Richmond Library. Workshops are at 5:30 pm on the third Tuesday of each month at the library. There is a suggested donation of $10 for each class. There will be a tea to sip during class, so be sure to bring your favorite mug!
