New Clients

Cultivate a relationship with plant medicine and support your body’s ability to heal itself

Work with me

The purpose of an initial consultation is to review your personal history in detail, establish goals and expectations, and create a holistic protocol to begin your journey to better health and wellness. We’ll also start the work of identifying and managing root causes of illness, introduce herbal medicine, and develop and nurture a deeper understanding of your whole self in relation to the earth and community. All new client appointments are virtual via video conferencing (approximately 90 minutes).

Scheduling a consultation

Follow these steps to schedule your initial consultation (established clients click here):

  1. Schedule a time that works for you

  2. Fill out the intake form

    • Please submit the intake form at least 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  3. Pay the invoice before our meeting

    • I use a sliding scale of $100-200, and I’m also open to bartering and skills-sharing; you’ll be asked about pricing on the intake form and receive an invoice via email. Please reach out if you have questions or none of the available options are accessible to you.

  4. Follow the link in your email confirmation to join the virtual appointment at your scheduled time

    • I’ll send you the informed consent form to sign before your appointment, but you may want to review it now to get a better idea of how we’ll work together.

Optional Introductory Meeting

If you’re considering working together but have questions and/or would like to meet me before scheduling a consultation, I offer free 15-minute virtual introductory meetings.

Just fill out the form below and I’ll be in touch to schedule!

A journey together

We’ll work collaboratively to support your body through the healing process. I’ll help to facilitate your journey by offering education and guidance so that you can:

  • Take ownership of your own health and achieve your wellness goals

  • Engage natural rhythms, traditional knowledge, and plant medicine

  • Manage stress and inflammation to reduce pain and achieve an overall sense of balance

Practicable first steps

Following our initial consultation, you’ll receive a holistic protocol with recommended herbs, diet, and lifestyle suggestions*. For most people new to herbalism and/or holistic health, a typical protocol will include:

  • A customized, nurturing tea blend to drink daily for gut health and overall nourishment

  • An herbal tincture (alcohol-based extract) to support immediate concerns; may be daily or as needed

  • 1-2 dietary or lifestyle suggestions like recommended supplements, foods to avoid and/or seek out, stress management, and personal self-care practices

  • A recommended follow-up visit in 4-6 weeks

Please note that the cost for consultation does not include any herbs or tinctures, which can be purchased separately. Follow-up appointments will be an additional cost.

*You’ll be asked what types of recommendations you’re open to during the intake process, and your preferences will be used to create a personalized protocol.

Long term strategies

If we both choose to continue working together, we’ll meet regularly (or as necessary) to review and revise your wellness protocol, and I’ll be available for support whenever new concerns arise. Through our work together, we’ll cultivate a relationship that empowers you to take charge of your health. Long-term strategies may include:

  • Learning more about plant medicine, nutrition, mindfulness, and other lifestyle tools

  • Respecting and appreciating your body, its limitations, and the changes it has/will continue to endure as we support its ability to heal

  • Seeing yourself as a valuable member of society, with a better sense of belonging in community

  • Fostering respect and gratitude for plants, and appreciating the profound impact they can have in restoring balance and wellness to our bodies

  • Making incremental changes to improve diet and nutrition, and avoiding any food triggers

  • Building tools, habits, and support systems to help you respond to future challenges more skillfully
